A Mimosa Cocktail Perfect for any Brunch or Special Occasion
It’s Mother’s Day in the UK on Sunday so on my last Mother’s Day in England, I give you Mimosas. What better drink is there for a special celebration? They are perfect for Champagne Brunches and wedding day festivities. My recipe uses a combination of orange juice as well as blood-red orange juice for a little something special. I just love the flavor and the deep color it creates. If you don’t want to go through the trouble of juicing fresh blood oranges, you can use regular orange juice with delicious results. Or for the same deep color, try using some reg grapefruit juice for a new take on this classic drink.
How to Make The Perfect Mimosa
When you’re making a mimosa, always add the sparkling wine first. Tipping the glass as you pour will keep more bubbles intact.
