With just a few wholesome ingredients, this frozen yogurt is quick to prepare and full of natural flavor. It’s made with just 3 ingredients and in under 5 minutes. You can also make this recipe with many other fruits for a delicious dessert that can be made any season!

Ingredients and Substitutions

Frozen Strawberries – My preference is to use frozen sliced strawberries. Whole strawberries are much more difficult to blend than sliced strawberries. If you don’t have frozen strawberries, this recipe also works fine with frozen raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries. Plant-Based Yogurt – Any plant-based yogurt works. For the best flavors, you can use coconut yogurt. For more protein, you can use soy yogurt. Maple Syrup – You can use any liquid sweetener, like coconut nectar or agave syrup.
