Mash the bananas with the melted butter using a potato masher or fork. Add oil, eggs, sour cream and mix to combine. Combine the bananas and wet ingredients, add vanilla. Mix together the dry ingredients. Combine the wet ingredients then mix in with the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and place in the oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
