Ingredients and Substitutions
Roasted Edamame – They are rich in protein and taste great. You can also use roasted pistacchio. Raw Cashews – Cashews are fine to eat raw. Raw Almonds – Or roasted peanuts if you prefer. Protein Cereals – I am using Cinnamon Catalina Crunch. Dried Cranberries – You can also use any other dried fruit. Pumpkin Seeds – or sunflower seeds. Dark Chocolate Chips – I pick vegan chocolate chips with over 70% of cocoa.
